Multi-parish benefices are becoming increasingly widespread, particularly in rural areas where congregation numbers are smaller.

CPAS leadership specialist Pam Macnaughton is coming to Ireland to lead two training days on
leading and ministering in multi-parish benefices on 29 April (County Antrim) and 30 April (County Tyrone). Pam's work with CPAS developing training for multi-parish benefice leaders, alongside her role as an ordained pioneer minister in her local multi-parish benefice, gives her invaluable insights into the realities of being a leader of more than one church.

Using a combination of input, discussion, exercises, planning, stories and examples, we will explore new possibilities and share wisdom.
