Hospice Sunday
1st November 2015

The Annual Hospice Sunday in the Diocese of Armagh will be held on All Saints Day -
Sunday 1st November 2015.

Envelopes will be available for all Church of Ireland Parishes throughout the Diocese and clergy will be able to collect the Annual Hospice Sunday packs at this year's Diocesan Synod on Thursday 22nd October. Rural Deans or Lay members of Diocesan Synod can collect the packs for parishes which are currently vacant. Some parishes last year made envelopes available throughout the month of November and perhaps clergy may wish to consider this option also.

The Co-Ordinator of the Church of Ireland Annual Hospice Sunday Appeal is
Revd Matthew Hagan who stated that "The Church of Ireland Annual Hospice Appeal has proved to be extremely successful benefiting patients in all hospices throughout Northern Ireland.
This is a wonderful opportunity for parishioners in the Diocese of Armagh to contribute financially and help their local hospice
in providing a high level of care not only to patients but also to their families".

Last year the Annual Hospice Appeal in the Diocese of Armagh raised just over £20,000.00 which included Gift Aid.
Please give the Church of Ireland Annual Hospice Appeal your full support in supporting YOUR local hospice.
