Holocaust Memorial Day (‘HMD’) is marked this year on 27th January 2023.
It was highlighted by the Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, the Most Rev John McDowell,
in a video-recorded message of support for the day and for our Jewish brothers and sisters
and for others who have suffered because of acts of genocide.
The video includes an interesting conversation between Archbishop John
and Mrs Shirley Lennon, Northern Ireland Support Worker for Holocaust Memorial Day Trust.
